Marawa was admitted to ICU after driving himself to the hospital when he felt a pain that did not make sense.

"I literally drove myself from home after not feeling well," he said in a video on social media. The sport presenter had not been on social media or on his radio shows for a week and fans were growing concerned. Although he is currently in a recovery ward, Marawa says that tests are been run to figure out if there is a blood clot after an "unbelieve couple of days".

This is the 3rd time that Marawa has had a heart attack and he stressed the importance  of exercise and check-ups.

See the messages from fans and colleagues that poured in, where they wished Robert a speedy recovery.

Earlier this year, it seems the Supersport star was caught in some drama, but he denied all the allegations that were being levelled against him. Nguvitjita (Nguvi) Mberirua also known as Bianca von Aksvagen claimed that she was pregnant with Marawa's baby. She even went on to post on social media that she was expecting Marawa's baby and the two had been in a relation.

However, according to City Press, a local publication in South Africa, said that the Durban High Court ordered that Mberirua, who had claimed that she is pregnant with Marawa’s baby, remove all posts and messages published on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram relating to him. Mberirua is not new to drama and it seems she had fabricated all those things she was saying about her and Robert Marawa.

Despite all that drama, we would like to wish Robert Marawa a speedy recovery.
