If there is one album that has been anticipated for over a year it is most definitely Hikwa artist Sunny Boy's body of work. Last month the singer gave himself a two weeks deadline but given the fact that he wanted it perfect and well oiled, he extended the deadline only to release it at the beginning of the week. The Young Wild and Free hit maker shared the album's artwork on his social media platforms with the caption :

"You've asked and I've delivered. 18 impeccable tracks produced specially for you. #UUYELELE is now available in Windhoek (0812769169), at Antonio's Arts and it will be available nationwide and online by the end of this week. Let's get this country lit!"

Sunny Boy earlier said that the album is nothing but the best from him and there is a twist in how he worked on the album compared to his usual style as everyone is cartered for in Uuyelele. The album includes tracks that one just listens to and takes it in especially on the song titled Pressure.

In an interview with New Era, Sunny Boy opened up about the body of work saying he worked very hard on it.

“I titled my album ‘Uuyelele’ because of all the ups and downs that I went through. It’s more about self-discovery and coming to light in my musical career,” he explains. The album is more matured compared to the previous albums, he adds. “This feels like my second album. I really worked hard to prove myself that I can still sing and claim my spot as an artist,” he says.

The album is out countrywide and is already selling like hotcakes. Don't miss out!
