Betty Davids has taken to social media to remember her late friend Alichia Adams. Last year, Alichia died in a fiery car crash between a Royce Rolls and Honda Fit in Zimbabwe. The model was with three of her friends, Ginimbi, Karim, and Mitchell "Moana" Amuli, and they were returning from a birthday party.

News of their passing sent shockwaves across the whole world. Alchia burned beyond recognition and she was buried in Maputo, Matola after her family came to collect her remains in Zimbabwe.

The cause of the delay in her funeral was that DNA tests had to be conducted because they burned beyond recognition. In a touching Insta story, she wrote, "Woke up missing you a little more today my baby,"

Betty has been keeping a low profile lately, she posts on social media whenever it is necessary. She recently shared a picture of herself with her husband Shapwa and it looks like they were on holiday.

In the picture, the couple is standing in front of a safari vehicle and they were looking cute together. Although she still makes sure that his face is blurry as she does not want the public to see him. Betty she never shies away from showing love to him she often posts sweet messages gushing about him.

The couple is set to walk the aisle soon, even though the actual date has not been made public but we look forward to their wedding day. In May they had to postpone their wedding due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

"Regretfully and due to Covid restrictions that only permit 100 people per gathering, our wedding has been postponed," they shared. The lovebirds went on to release new dates of their wedding, and the wedding is set to take place on 06- 07 August 2021 but it has been postponed again.

Betty was recently dragged by social media users after an Instagram user shared a picture with her and alleged that Betty invited her to her wedding. Taking to social media Betty poured called water to the claims and set the record straight that she is not even friends with the social media user.

Betty said she saw the lady at a service station and she asked to take a picture with her. "Chuckle some enough, this is an IG follower that went nutty/crazy after seeing me at the service station in Grootfontein and requested to have pictures of us taken. Nothing wedding-related was spoken about. I mean, it was my first time meeting this young lass. @_ka_la_lo_ve your caption is no needles; this is deplorable" Some even went as far as calling Betty a liar but she wasn't bothered at all to keep on addressing the issue.
